​NSPE 2025 Food Truck/Vendors Rules & Regulations
The Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition (NSPE) will take place a the NSPE Complex (73 Ryland Avenue, Bible Hill, Nova Scotia) from August 5 - 10, 2025. The following terms and conditions must be adhered to by all Food Vendors at the Event.

NSPE will run from Tuesday August 5th through to and including Sunday August 10th with Tuesday August 5th designated as a 4-H day. If Food Vendors agree to operate at least 2 days of the event (between Wednesday to Sunday), they will be permitted to operated on Tuesday at no cost.

The cost of all 5 days (Wednesday - Sunday) is $900 + tax. For individual days (including Tuesday), the fees are $230 + tax. All fees must be paid by July 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2025.

Daily Hours for Food Vendors are as follows:

Thursday, August 7: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

Friday, August 8: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

Saturday, August 9: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

Sunday, August 10: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

All Food Trucks/Vendors must be able to provide proof of insurance if requested by the NSPE committee. The Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition must be named as an additional insured.

Vendors must obtain all necessary food/health & safety permits required by law.

Venodrs must provide their own fire extinguishers/suppression systems and the relevant inspections required.

NSPE reserves the right to cancel the agreement should the vendor fail to comply with the provisions, and no liability or claim shall be held against NSPE, its employees, volunteers or agents for such closure.

The NSPE committee, it's employees, volunteers, or agents shall not be liable for, or responsible for claims, damage, loss or injury sustained by the vendor, it's employees, volunteers or agents.

The location of the vendor is at the sole discretion of the NSPE. While attempts will be made to accommodate requests, no guarantees can be made.
​NSPE 2025 Exhibitor/Vendor Rules & Regulations
The Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition (NSPE) will take place a the NSPE Complex (73 Ryland Avenue, Bible Hill, Nova Scotia) from August 5 - 10, 2025. The following terms and conditions must be adhered to by all Exhibitors and vendors at the Event.

The completed contract and 50% deposit of the total owing per booth is required by June 15th. The balance is due by July 15th. There will be no refunds or cancellations received after August 1st. Approval and booking will be confirmed by the agent of the NSPE.

Set-up: Exhibitors & Vendors must complete their booth set-up on either Tuesday, August 5th between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm (for the full week) or between 8:00 am and 10:00 am on the morning of the rental date. Please note that the building will be locked overnight.

The nature of all concessions or exhibits shall be subject to the approval of the NSPE committee. All exhibits must be kept within the confines of the rental booth dimensions (approximately 10 x 10).

The exhibitor agrees that no display may be dismantled or goods removed until after the closing hour of the last day. The exhibitor shall maintain staff in the booth during all operational hours unless special arrangements have been made and agreed upon with the NSPE committee.

The NSPE committee, its employees, servants, or agents shall not be liable for, or responsible for, claims, damages, loss, or injury sustained by the exhibitor, its employees, servants or agents. It is recommended that all participants obtain a certificate of liability insurance with the NSPE named as also being insured.

The exhibitor will provide all necessary alcohol licenses and/or food and inspection certificates, as well as proof of completing a food handling course,. At least one person with the course certification is required to be present at all times and the license is to be prominently displayed.

The NSPE reserves the right to cancel the agreement should the exhibitor fails to comply with the provisions, and no liability or claim shall be held against the NSPE, its employees, servants or agents for such closure.

NSPE reserves the right to limit the number of concessions selling the same product to ensure variety and fairness among vendors.

The location of the concessions/exhibit is at the sole discretion of NSPE. While attempts will be made to accommodate requires, no guarantees can be made.

NSPE reserves the right to cancel the holding of the Exhibition should they deem it ncessary.

Up to 3 daily admission passes and 1 parking pass will be granted to the exhibitor/vendor per booth. The exhibitor/vendor should ensure their employees have passes. Passes cannot be left in the event office or at the admission gate for pick up.
